The Via Margutta Gallery began its activities in 1991 directed by María del Carmen Becerra de Canterna and Marcos Espinosa Paz.

Located in the central area of the city of Cordoba in Argentina, dedicated since then to the exhibition and promotion of Argentine artists.

In 2002 remodels and expands the space turning it into "Via Margutta Contemporary Art" under the direction of Maria del Carmen Canterna de Becerra.

It is of special interest of the director, the incorporation of new disciplines, selecting emerging artists for their promotion and dissemination of their work at the contemporary art circuits.

The gallery has participated for several years at Art Miami (USA), Art BA (Argentina), Art Chicago (USA), Arte Americas (USA), ArtBo (Colombia) and STAMP (Spain), Lima Photo (Perú), Shanghai Art Fair (China) and Sydney Contemporary (Australia).
